This course is for anyone feeling confusion and wanting to learn to live well. We will begin each session with sound and a prayer or meditation. Throughout the series, we will incorporate songs, drums, rattles, and other sound-healing instruments.

What we “intend” manifests in the physical world, and intention is often dictated by our internal chatter. Unfortunately, our internal chatter creates the world as it WAS in the PAST. But we have a new choice. We can work in the invisible—in Shaman’s time—, becoming fully present and fully alive in the NOW. We can go into the silence—the space between the sounds and between the thoughts. The Now, inside the space between the sounds, is a place of curiosity, true authority, and pure power from which to create. We also have a choice about how we show up and how we feel in the NOW, which changes our vibration and changes what we manifest into physicality.
